  We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean(As I always spot check right after checking in)And it also a good price with free breakfast and free parking included. The duty manager, David, was very helpful. We had a small issue during check-in, but he resolved it right away. We also requested a late check-out due to unforeseen reasons, and it was kindly granted since it was possible at the time.The hotel is not exactly in the city center, so having a car makes it much easier—about a 10 to 15-minute drive.

  Simple hotel with low quality breakfast!

  The hotel was „okay“ for the price, the parking right in front was very convenient. Rooms were simple and clean. The breakfast was included in the rate, which sounded appealing at first, but turned out to be very low quality with no variation.   Hotel set up what you would expect of holiday inn express. unfortunately no view of track although very close to the catalunya track. Staff were not very helpful. Wanted a cancellation for 2nd night with over 24hr notice for personal reasons but they were unwilling to understand although the website says it is managers discretion. They offered a credit for another night stay but no thanks not booking agaub. Rooms do not have milk to prepare drinks, only powdered milk, and when we asked for milk from the bar for the second night, staff was charging me for a glass of milk!! Un-seen and unheard of, travelled a lot of places and stayed in different countries and never had been asked to pay for some milk!! Hotel has a handful of parking inside but off road is free to park. No amenities close by. The first room we checked in smelt of cigarettes so asked to move to another room with no issues there.   First af all, for those who want to visit Barcelona, I do not recommend. Secondly, we asked for a double bed and got a twin bed. We had a poor breakfast, boiled eggs kept in o fridge, pastries not fresh, no vegetables in 4 days stay. If you order a taxi, to Take you to the Central train station în Montmelo, order it 25 minutes în advance. Il will charge you 12-13 euro for 3 km. In England we stayed at the Holiday In but it was different. Here, we were wrong. Is there a management in this hotel that can take action, does the management know what guest loyalty means? I don't think so!!!

  Disappointed / receptionists need to be trained!

  Just returned from a week stay at the hotel. The hotel is super clean and offers a gd bfast. However I hate to say that we r soo disappointed with the approach of the receptionists. We r a family of 5 ... 2 adults and 3 kids and thus had 2 interconnecting rooms. By mistake one of the kids locked one of the rooms with the chain and thus could not open the door. We asked the receptionists (2 young ladies) to help us out. After something like an hour waiting they told us that the maintence guy cannot be reached. We asked for a scew driver to unscrew the chain and they told us with have to give our visa no as these were d instructions. Of course we refused and after another hr or so, I had to reexplain that I had imp medication in the room and couldn't no spend the night outside without it. Only then did one of the them decide to come up and see my husband unlock the chain in 2 mins! No apologies nothing.... On another day we asked how we can get to some funpark with kids. Since we didn't have a car they told us that it is practically impossible. It is clear they (once again the 2 ladies) have no idea.... Absolutely.... How to inform clients how to get there. We had to ask locals to help us.... And we managed Illa fun park and also Porta Avventura with no hassle at all using a train! Unbelievable. When we needed a taxi a helpful receptionist, Marc always called for us and the taxi came in no time. However when we asked the same 2 receptionists.... They wanted to give us the number of the driver and we had to call.Im so sorry to complain however I believe that the receptionists have to have basic manners and information skills to direct their clients in a decent manner. The situation was so hilarious that sometimes I thought they were playing some joke on us😶
