  Fabulous Hotel - Cannot Fault

  From the greeting we received at check-in, through to the room quality and bathroom amenities and the great selection at breakfast this is a stand out hotel. The room size was good for Japan standards and the king size bed was very comfortable. There is a very wide range of complimentary amenities in the bathroom- including a hairbrush, shaving kit, face towel etc.There is a small in room safe and fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities). There were also some hangers but the storage space for clothing is limited.Breakfast starts at 7am and includes a wide selection of hot and cold choices.Very close to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower and a 7-10 minute walk from the metro or 15 minutes from the monorail.

  Amazing staff

  A quiet, well situated hotel, very clean with lots of beautifully displayed booksThe food is excellent-a huge choice for breakfast much of it organic and locally sourced. I have a gluten intolerance ( which isn’t easily catered for in Japan) but the Chef adapted beautiful meals for me which I really appreciated The staff really do provide an amazing service. We were leaving Japan from Narita airport which would have been a very expensive taxi trip as it is 1-2 hours away from the city centre but the staff suggested using an airport bus and booked it for us which took almost an hour and they were unfailing polite and cheerful.

  Lovely venue with wonderful staff

  Staff were wonderful in their attentiveness. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very spacious. The Shiba Park Hotel was recommended to us by a retired corporate travel agent and it didn’t disappoint. Location excellent also for several of the metro and JR lines.

  Don’t stay here . Way overpriced for what you get

  For anyone thinking of staying here , don’t .The price is extremely high for what you get. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear footsteps above you . The bathrooms are smaller than airplane toilets, so small and poorly put together . Overall keep your money and put it towards a better hotel .

  Comfortable stay in a good central spot.

  This was a conveniently located hotel, but be aware it is in a business district. There are some restaurants nearby, but this is not the most vibey neighbourhood. That said the hotel was perfectly good. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was simple but also tasty with a few Western options for those who may be tiring of Japanese food. It’s well located to get around on foot and also close to a subway station.
