    A comfortable hotel, great view, very friendly owners. Very well located in the city center. Allow to do everything on foot.The only thing that could be improved is the hairdryer which is slow and not very efficient and handy.

    Absolutely perfect place to stay for a night or more ! Location is perfect, the team is wonderful, beds are comfy and breakfast is great. Amazing price quality. The restaurant attached to the hotel is wonderful too

    Just a lovely friendly small hotel

    We spent five nights here having a winter visit to the area and had the best possible experience at the Alize Hotel. It is perfectly situated opposite the harbour x where the ferry crosses to Lausanne - and the bus stop for Thomon-Les-Bains.Our room overlooked the Lake. It was warm, clean and very comfortable for two of us, with hot water for a shower available each morning, tea and coffee making facilities and products and a king sized bed. The only thing missing was an English speaking channel on the TV. Room service is available on request every day.Veronique and Santa on reception, and Sylvio, Manager of the attached Zaino restaurant, were the ideal hosts ensuring all our needs were met, including an early morning taxi, advice re: local travel, and even PremierLeague football on the TV.Breakfast is continental style with plenty of fresh options and was perfectly acceptable. Coffee from the machine was also much appreciated.The only thing missing from the hotel is a bar to relax in with a late night drink, but it is only a small convivial hotel!There can be little doubt this hotel would be even better to stay at during the summer when the outdoor sitting area can be used, but if you need a great place to stay at this festive time of year then you will be warmly welcomed and cared for here.
