  Before (and even after) the cancellation of an order done with Booking, I kept receiving phishing attempts through messages on both Booking and Whatsapp. If the hotel is not accessory, it is a security breach.

  We had an excellent stay at Bedmates Hostel in Barcelona. Location is perfect for sightseeing around Barcelona with La Ramblas within walking distance to the hostel and the metro only a minutes walk to get out to the other landmarks. Our room was very clean on arrival and had all the facilities we needed for our nights stay, all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider staying again when visiting Barcelona.

  Great hotel! Especially with a family. Very clean and modern facility. Lovely daily breakfast. Amazing, helpful employees. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. Only wonderful positive things to say about our stay. Give it a try.

  Τhe apartment was perfect. We had plenty of heat, it was very clean. The staff was kind and answered all of our questions. I will prefer it again when I go to the city. The apartment even had appropriate wine glasses. it is suitable for people with requirements.Thank you

  My booking was for 3 nights at the end of October 2023 for an apartment accommodating my family which consists of 5 adults. We booked well in advance the apartment. The apartment allocated to us had 3 bathrooms but the two of them were smelling very badly. We arrived very late and the first night I did not sleep at all as one of the toilets was next to our room and the smell was all over even with door closed. The next morning I complained and I was told that this bad smell is all over the city of Barcelona. I had to insist and argue a lot with the reception and finally they offered us another apartment for 8 people this time and we were told that this arrangement was for 1 one night only and the third night we would move to another location. That apartment was ok, no smell. The third night we were told that we had to go to an apartment not far away from the hotel. Then they realized that this apartment could accommodate only 4 persons and not five and they insisted that we go back to the first smelly apartment. Again we started arguing with the reception and finally we ended staying in two separate rooms. Our stay in Bedmates hotel ruined our stay in Barcelona because we waisted long time arguing with reception and having a difficult unhealthy first night.
