  Basic rooms - no eg fridge or kettle. Adequate storage space . Not a fan of bare white walls ; all a bit stark and clinical. Big bathroom , good bed. Spotlessly clean. Communal area with kettle and microwave available. Close to Barcelona Sants and on a metro line.

  Did not refund my booking even though I had a valid reason, and didn't even bother replying to a request to change dates. Did not try to find a middle ground whatsoever. Only cares about money. Avoid.

  I've visited Barcelona before and, as always, it was difficult to find a good value hotel. The area around Sants rail station isn't overly glamorous but it's very practical and I found this place which does have some hotel like rooms with private bathrooms. I'd say it's walkable (downhill) from the rail station and I walked to the A1/A2 bus stop (near Placa d'Espanya) for the airport when I departed.The check-in was efficient. They are a few people who work there who don't come across as friendly but they are helpful. The room was compact, a reasonable size for the price and fine for three days. View was back of hotel, some walls and I could hear a school playground.The rooms are a bit bare, no room safe, no glasses/cups, no fridge. The shower was very good. There's a deep rumble from the nearby trains but that didn't seem to affect my sleep. There were two beds in my room, they looked flat but felt like they were slightly raised in the middle, not ideal. The Wi-Fi has a stupid login system and was unreliable while I was there. One evening it kept failing every half hour or so for a few minutes.Nearby there's a large Mercadona supermarket and a real market in the same elegant building. I also found a launderette which was very useful, LavaXpres. There's a cafe next to it (closed Mondays) which is okay and loads of others nearby, all reasonably priced as you're outside the tourist centre.I only noticed it on the second day, there's a floor with tables where you can take food to eat. There's a few vending machines there, a microwave oven and some kettles. It's nice and airy. The coffee machine sells espresso at 1.10 which is similar to Starbucks quality - you have to tap you payment card first, wait for the green flash then press the coffee you want.

  I spent 3 nights at this hotel and the overall experience was good. It is right next a Station, which made things easier for me to explore the beautiful Barcelona. The room was clean and mattress comfortable (it was a tiny room however).The staff were friendly.

  This place turn up much better than expected. The place was very clean and the decor was modern, simple but well facilitated. Bed and pillow was comfortable. They provided the everything shower gel which is a plus if u didn't wanna bring shower gel. If anything, I simply hate the door as it take at least 5mins to figure out how to open it. I got a scared when I checked in as they didn't have my booking in their hotel system but gave them my Agoda booking number n they see itin the Agoda system. Bt glad that it eventually got sorted out.
