    The receptionist was friendly and checked us in. This was the cheapest hotel we could find in Barcelona for the night so my expectations were low. The bed was fine and the bathroom clean. There was a small wardrobe if you wished to unpack and a tiny little balcony to people watch. Better than I expected.

    simple hotel room with the basics for a weekend stay. Balconies overlook the crossroads/junction outside the hotel which makes for ample entertainment at anytime watching the traffic lunatics! Fixtures and fittings in the rooms are somewhat to be desired, especially the hairdryer socket in the bathroom.. just one water droplet away from Armageddon. Otherwise not a bad location for good restaurants and bars and a few blocks walk to the central shopping area.

    My wife and I had an absolteuly incredible stay! Very nice room that was super clean and a great balcony. The host Jonathan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us out! Would recommend.

    Location is perfect as it is near the Parc de la Ciutadella, and about 15 min walking from the center.Simple concept of rooms but so cozy and very comfortableThe receptionist Javier was very friendly and help us on our last day to keep our luggages as our flight back home was quite late, thank you so much again!!!

    Horrible place, does not deserve guests

    Although I had booked the room two months ago, and the check-in time was until 21.00, when I arrived at 19.30 the door outside the hotel was closed and the bell was not ringing. Luckily, someone staying in the hotel was coming back and opened the door for me, and she tried to call the receptionist. She was very kind and directed me to the next door grocery store where owners seemed to know the hotel people. However, they were extremely unkind and it took me quite some time to convince them to call someone from the hotel. Finally someone came, after a whole hour of waiting, and what shocked me the most was the unprofessional behaviour of the receptionist, he did not say one single word of apology, and behaved as if everything was normal. Places like this hotel are a disgrace for such a wonderful city as Barcelona.
