    The overall experience was great - food, cleanliness, staff, location, etc. Our only complaint, which was agreed upon by our entire large group, was the way the tub/shower was set up.The wall was barley half the width of the very deep tub. The shower water did not stay in the tub. With that and shower steam, the tile floor was very slippery. We were given one small bathmat and two very thin and not very long bath towels. To clean up the floor, we had to use both towels. Simple remedy is to provide at least four towels or better yet, make the shower door go to the back of the tub.

    After reading some of the other reviews, we had a very low expectation when checking into this hotel today. The check-in process was very smooth. Our room was very clean and new and the bed was suitably firm. So either we somehow got lucky and got a refurbished room or the other reviewers were very unlucky to get a bad room. Our experience has been very good. We had dinner at the restaurant as well. The buffet was well stocked. The food was eight out of 10 and the service was likewise good. We will stay at this hotel for four nights. I’ll update this review if things turn drastically different

    If you drive to Jerusalem and need to lay your head somewhere, its a good hotel to go to, of course there are better.

    An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights .. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. Good drinks. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional.The food was good, with a lot of choices.I recommend..

    Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.
