  The location is quite convenient, only around 10 mins walk from the subway. The room was clean but not very spacious for luggages. The staff were friendly and let us leave the luggages at their storage room after checkout.

  Good value, good location. The room was small but in good shape, and the bathroom was a comfortable size. We did not have any kind of view, just a small, dark gap between the hotel and the backs of other residential buildings. We didn't open the curtains at all as it felt exposed with other residences so close. On the other hand, the curtains were solid and we slept well. Really, really missed having a fridge as it was hot and we had no way to chill water or other beverages. No coffee/tea facilities either. We had breakfast in-house our first day as we had an early booking at Sagrada Familia. Breakfast was lacklustre and limited, would not recommend.

  We were tailed, screamed at repeatedly, and angrily glared at by a cleaning lady. The reason? We had ordered some takeaway, which we had tidily packed inside clean bags—nothing she needed to clean up. We simply left them in the room, hoping she could help by taking out the bags by the handles.As we were leaving the room, she saw us and walked up to confront us about it in Spanish. She kept screaming, followed us down to reception as we were checking out, and continued to angrily glare at us and mutter something in Spanish while we completed the check-out procedures.This experience made us feel totally unsafe at this hotel. We’ve traveled all around the world and stayed in many hotels, and this has never happened before.We sincerely hope we haven’t hurt the lady’s feelings too much by leaving totally tidied, tied bags containing some takeaway food containers in our room. If we did, we’re quite certain it ruined our day much more than we ruined hers.

  A Disturbing Experience

  We’ve traveled extensively around the world and stayed in countless hotels, but our experience at this property was truly unsettling and unlike anything we’ve encountered before.On the day of our checkout, we left a couple of takeaway food containers tidily packed in clean, tied bags—nothing messy, nothing out of place. We assumed this would be a routine part of housekeeping, as it has been in every other hotel we've visited. However, as we were leaving the room, a cleaning staff member confronted us aggressively. She began shouting at us in Spanish, despite our efforts to remain calm and respectful. She then followed us all the way down to the reception area, continuing to glare angrily and mutter under her breath.This behavior was deeply distressing and made us feel completely unsafe. We were simply trying to check out and go about our day, but instead we were met with hostility and intimidation. We sincerely hope we did not offend the staff member in any way, but if leaving clean, tied bags in a room is considered unacceptable here, that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance.Ultimately, this incident cast a shadow over our stay and left us shaken. We hope the hotel management takes this seriously and ensures that future guests are treated with respect and professionalism. No one should feel harassed or unsafe in a place meant for rest and hospitality.

  Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk workers were very kind and helpful. The room was great and the comfy bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in, even bigger than my king-size bed at home. The AC worked perfectly and the room was big enough for two people to move around comfortably. Nice shower and good sized bathroom. The closest metro stop is only a five-minute walk away, and there were tons of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Also within easy walking distance of several big tourist attractions. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
