    Excellent location. Clean,soundproofed but tight room.Some room facilities nead repair, telephone was out of order .Good breakfast. No loppy.Only one receptionist available, Jonathan was very nice,other not so.We had to transfer our luggage to the room by ourselves.

    Had a great time staying here. We arrived early and the room was not ready and they looked after our luggage until later. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and I would have loved to spend more time there but our trip was so busy with sightseeing. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and near the metro stations and main areas of Barcelona. Room was really nice and the bed was so comfy, usually when I go on holiday I struggle to sleep the first night due to a new bed but all 4 nights I slept perfectly! The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast was ok, the scrambled egg was very milky and not many options which suited me. However, I would love to come back and stay here again!

    Excellent hotel. Great location, less than ten minutes from Casa Batllo and easily walkable to the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Clean, modern room with a comfortable bed and nice shower. Service was very good. The breakfast was the highlight, offering both high quality and good variety, which not being too crowded. They also offered coffee and tea at night in the dining area, which also included a small library that highlighted Barcelona's art and architecture. Would definitely recommend.

    Cleaning staff who clear the floor with guests’ towel

    On my first day in Barcelona when my husband and I came back to our room, we found our own towel left on the toilet floor wet. We contacted the front desk and they told us 1) laundry service is closed and 2) their manager is not replying them hence no one can solve this problem. i’m being fair so giving 5 star to the location but on problem solving service and clearness it’s terrible. the cleaning staff even said it’s us who place our towel on the toilet floor which we put them in the shower room before leaving. ridiculous

    Well located. Comfortable bed. The lounge with DVDs of Barcelona highlights and books on gaudi/ Picasso/ Barcelona to enjoy with a champagne in the evening were a delight. Very friendly staff. Breakfast didn’t have muesli but did have chocolate!
