    Thank you Angels and Anna for looking after us at breakfast time. You brightened our day each morning. We missed you when you were not working.The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day! However, I felt very hot and stuffy in the room. I was told that as it was winter, the air conditioning did not work.

    Stayed here a couple of nights with my tour group. It was a good spot with all the amenities you need to comfortable and be in a good area. We bused in and had our rooms ready. Clean rooms and grounds. Friendly staff that speak multiple languages. Very helpful for the rest of my American group.

    We stayed here en route to our house in Murcia and it was a great choice. Great service great room awesome food. Gardens to walk the dog ample parking and all round fantasticAgain we shall return on our trip homeReally enjoyed our tapas by the pool

    Good clean and modern hotel with a nice little pool and a good restaurant.When you open your window you might experience some noise from the highway. So best take a room at the back if you prefer to open a window.

    The staff were lovely and were probably the best thing about this hotel! The minifridge was stocked with drinks for free in the superior room which was very kind. It was generally quite shabby - cracks around door frames, threadbare towels etc. My curtains were also a bit stained. The room service list was pretty poor in terms of meals for main dishes, although the burger and pizza were lovely. The most disappointing thing was the location. In the middle of nowhere, this hotel was completely impractical if you didn’t have a car. I even had to get a taxi to the closest shop. It was over an hour by foot with no footpaths! The pool area was okay but very small and separated from the car park by a hedge, overlooked by the floor to ceiling glass windows of the restaurant. I felt too self conscious to use it even though it seemed okay. The main reason I wouldn’t come back was the inconvenient, awful location. silvia BRUNET DURAN, Director General at Hotel Augusta Barcelona Valles, responded to this review We are very sorry that your stay was not as satisfactory as it should have been. Surely our situation has been the cause. As you say, to come to our Hotel you need a car. We have a very basic communication with public transport.
