Location

The hotel is located in the region of Vallès Oriental, in the municipality of La Garriga. Various bars and clubs can be found in nearby Granollers. It is only a 6-minute walk to the train station and El Prat Airport is situated 50 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1840. Guests have a choice of 151 rooms, including 13 junior suites, 21 suites, 35 single rooms and 69 double rooms, located in a 3-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, billiards and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Comfortable room with balcony. Delicious buffet breakfast. Lovely spa facilities.we were able to get a pass for a friend to join, for €43. Well located 2 mins from shops and bars.

    We were a family of around 20, staying for a wedding. The rooms were fine, a bit dated but clean. The restaurant we didn't get to eat in as the staff on reception would say yes we have tables but the staff in the restaurant would say we are full, the place was empty and they were so rude. A few in our group did get to eat there but had to send food back as it was undercooked and very expensive. One girl on reception every day was amazing so helpful and friendly I didnt get her name but she worked till 2, and nothing was a problem. The pool area was lovely. Not a bad stay, just the rude staff serving in restaurant took away from our stay.     Terrible experience. NO HOT WATER. Empty and abandoned looking buildings

    Stay away. We were put in a room in a building without hot water. They “werent aware” there was no hot water in the entire building, I wonder how long that it had been empty. We called front desk to report it, they asked us if we could go shower in the SPA area. It was midnight and that meant going walking outside. Insane. Then we are told they found a room with hot water in another building. We had to pack everything up, walk outside to another building. We get there and it’s a way smaller room. This is what they came up with 30 minutes after we called front desk. The hotel was completely empty, and they decided this is what we deserved after putting us in a room with no hot water. We picked our bags and went to the front desk to ask for our money back. There was no one there and the door was locked. the front desk extension had been turned off too. We had to literally scream outside the hotel for someone to appear (this is when we realised the hotel was completely empty, no lights were turned on, no guests appeared in the windows, and we screaming our lungs out). While arguing with the front desk lady, she finally said she didn’t want us moving around buildings so she could put us in a suite with a terrace right outside the lobby! Of course she could, the entire hotel was empty! That’s what they should’ve done right when we called front desk reporting there was no hot water in a 4 star hotel in Barcelona in 2025! We finally left at 1AM to another hotel in the area. No compensation, no follow-up email apologising , nothing. We have been travelling all over the world for years, we’ve experienced a lot, but I’ve never experienced something so DELIBERATELY bad. This is about not caring about the customers.     Grim. Room was dark, small, outdated. All the furniture was very poor, shabby, broken. Bathroom was awful. Shower screen had no seal so water all over the floor and lethal slippy. Floor around the toilet was not cleaned properly- utine stains around the base. Water marks on the wall from wet robes. Room was next to noisy elevator so sleep was interrupted. I will never return. Only reason it’s not one star is because the bed was actually very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. But everything else was awful.     Lovely Hotel, wee bit tired, but that did not spoil the stay

    Came here for 5 nights with large wedding party. (Wedding held at La Baronia which is a stunning gothic style fairy tale place). Staff were helpful and friendly. I had previously emailed the hotel asking for a terraced room and not on ground floor but on arrival given key for a small un terraced room. Went back to reception and the friendly receptionist sorted me out with a much better room with upgrade price. Room, spa and hotel were very nice but bit tired and needing some attention to detail. I won't go over everything as enjoyed the stay. For both of us there was only 5 hangers in the double wardrobe and with all the party and wedding wear to hang up, that was not enough. I called reception and they said they would contact housekeeping but no other hangers appeared. Spa area was special though some areas not in use and disappointed the steam room not working. This must have been a fabulous spa in its "hay day". I did not have a treatment but enjoyed the different pools and the tranquility of it all. The outdoor pools and surrounding areas again need bit of TLC and definitely need to have more sun loungers and get the broken ones fixed and cleaned up. The breakfast was fantastic, for me, with the fresh tomatoes and garlic on the toasted bread, a cheeky Bucks Fiz, cold meats cheeses etc as well as hot food selection. We only dined once at the outside restaurant which is just lovely and looked after by one of the managers as we don't speak spanish he helped us with our selections though not a great menu? My husbands steak was very good and my veal was very good, though very small portions. Enjoyed the large red apples at reception, nice touch. All in all we had a very good stay and thank you.
