The hotel has 15 single rooms and 25 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine.     A lovely, albeit a little dated room in good condition. The king size single bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for 1 person. The windows opened out onto the street below and allowed for fresh air into the room. The room also had excellent climate control too.The bathroom was good, although it was difficult trying to keep all the water in the shower, as the screen wasn't very helpful, but that didn't make the room worse, by any means.The hotel is in a great central city location, walking distance to many tourist hot spots.

    Dear Zasa, Catalunya Hotel Manager,We recently stayed at your hotel under two separate reservations booked directly with the hotel Stay Dates:- 30 April to 1 May- 3 May to 5 MayOn the morning of 4 May, I requested at reception that our towels and bedding be changed. I also personally spoke with a member of the cleaning staff in the hallway and repeated the same request.Later that evening, when we returned to Room, the bed appeared to have been made. However, after approximately two hours in bed, I woke up due to a strong unpleasant smell. When I checked the bedding, I discovered that the sheet underneath me was covered in mould.I immediately had to shower and was unable to sleep afterwards. We also had an early flight the following morning, which made the situation even more distressing. Since this incident, I have been feeling very unwell and deeply uncomfortable about the experience.

    Room n 202, Excellent hotel with excellent location every thing is near, you can walc to all different places, good restaurants and coffee around, good sttaff and very gods stay, I'll comeback inchalah, thank for every thing. I love Barcelona

    Very very small shower overflows poor, few towls. Our bathroom is as big as entire room no AC, hot over priced

    We booked this hotel online for a 2-night stay. We paid around €200 per night; and were very disappointed to say the least. The hotel is small; the rooms and bathroom are tiny. The beds were even small; like dorm room twins. The bedding was terrible; the room smelled bad- but the worst thing is that, after checking in; we were informed that there was no hot water but that it would be fixed later that day. It wasn’t. We had no hot water the entire stay. They were working on the plumbing and the room smelled like sewage. When we complained, we were given a voucher for a croissant and coffee next door. I sent an email after returning home and was given a small discount good for a future visit.Avoid this place at all cost.
