    Awful rooms. Dark old fashioned musty. Horrible smell of some super fake air freshener like fly spray. Dingy interior rooms . Even furniture in lobby looks 40 years old nothing like the photos .     A modern hotel hidden within a Gothic exterior.

    Well located for sightseeing and the beach in the Gothic area, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.We had an external room which was a good size, with a Juliet balcony which looked over the main road. The road was a little noisy but it didn't bother us. The bathroom was a lovely size with a huge shower. The wardrobe had normal hangers (not the horrible anti theft ones) and plenty of them. There was a small fridge and a safe.When we arrived our room wasn't ready ( we were early) but when we returned our bags had been taken up for us. The TV wasn't working but this was replaced immediately .I have 3 really small things I would like to have different.The shower has body wash and shampoo combined, I would prefer a separate shampoo, but that is only my choice.They provide tea and coffee but no milk , and no spoon . The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful.Overall a great hotel .     A great location for all that we wanted to see and do. Easy taxi access right outside if needed. Clean, comfortable rooms and a super helpful staff. This was a Railbookers booked hotel and we could not have been more pleased. Breakfast was included in our package, and what a great breakfast it was (buffet). The teen on the trip was quite pleased, smile. Teens need food. smile. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
