    Cleanliness was not bad, door to the bathroom is made of glass right near the bed, which wasn’t great. The beds were awful, stayed there for 2 nights, couldn’t wait to leave. Worst night sleep. Receptionists were friendly. Overall would not recommend.

    Very clean - very personable - they will go the extra mile for you. The front desk reception gentlemen were so pleasant and accomodating - email printing, wine glasses, bottled water.Great shower and bed was comfortable - room is small but like most hotels in Europe you were only there to sleep and shower as you MUST explore the city - so a view is not a requirement. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis.

    Great hotel , friendly and attentive staff , lovely continental breakfast , rooms are spotlessly clean , recommend room 703 superior room with roof top terrace , great little cafe next door for coffee and cakes

    As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the reception desk by two elderly men with no smiles on their faces. When we entered our room, it had only one window, which opened onto a wall. It was so dark that it was impossible to tell whether it was day or night. We immediately asked for another room and were informed that this would be possible if we paid an extra 50 euros per night. Since our trip was organized, we refused to pay the supplement but called the representative to complain. She called the front desk and sorted out the situation, and we were able to get a new room the next morning. We would never return to this hotel, the staff are really unfriendly and unhelpful.

    Hotel in business district, Diagonal area. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Unfortunately, we found the mattresses difficult to sleep on, a bit hard. No gym or pool available. Professional front desk personnel helpful. Willing to make restaurant reservations. Walking to various eating establishments a plus.
