    Very clean spacious rooms. Great housekeeping service. Rooms at front of hotel have mini balconies and city view. Quiet. Excellent front desk staff. Made awesome recommendations for local restaurants. They helped carry on/out luggage from taxi. Welcome you with a glass of champagne. Top floor pool is pleasant, albeit a bit cool. They bring an ice cream treat to you mid afternoon near the pool. Walking distance to many great sites like Sagrada Família.     Great Facilities, Unwelcoming Service

    Used to be an excellent hotel, but unfortunately not anymore.Positives: The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well.Negatives: The staff experience let the stay down, particularly one balding gentleman who came across as rude and blunt. We had to call reception to request towels because they had not been left in the room in the first place, and the phone was answered with “get on with it,” which was surprising and unprofessional. Poor customer service and an unwelcoming attitude are hard to overlook.Overall, the room quality was good, but the service experience means I wouldn’t return in its current state.     Nice hotel in a convenient location

    The hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was modern ,well located, near restaurants and the" hop on hop off bus" and the main street La Rambla. There are two companies offering the bus experience so check your ticket to make sure you get the right one. Our room was small but adequate ; it had a small balcony with a very high step from the room to the balcony overlooking apartments making the room quiet. We were not pleased with the pillows unfortunately. There is a rooftop patio and pool for relaxing, a nice feature.     Front desk needs customer service oriented personnel

    The front desk staff was so rude and disrespectful. We questioned a charge that was on our invoice while checking out and right to our faces, he kept making rude comments. It was an obvious overcharge and we wanted it credited and he made a scene as if we annoyed him! Front desk staff overall are not the friendliest I have ever encountered in all my travels.
