    Hotel is nice and clean. We order pizza and sallad, bouth was horrible. Pizza was like microwave . If you gonthere, go to eat somewhere else place. Spa is nice and sauna is great! We will come back but do not eat there.

    Looks lovely. Difficult for Sat Nav to locate. Not clear entrance. Great parking, lovely pool and outside eating or drinks area. Reception lady tried to accommodate. Chap sat by her left me to take my bags upstairs without help other than the hotel trolly. I had a dog, lots to carry. I clearly was struggling. Then the air con didn’t work, we boiled. The chap was alone by now and finally came. He tried another room but that didn’t work. No suggestion of a fan ... Later I saw a fan in their office when I was returning from dinner at 8 pm. So from 3 pm till then, we boiled! The fan was brought to our room and it was a delight. The lady at the restaurant was so helpful and loved the dog. The first waitress left my pizza outside to get cold when we arrived earlier. I said I was taking the dog a wander around the grounds because they said the food would be 20 minutes. I returned to a cold pizza and lost patience so just ate it. Mixed bag review. Sorry.

    A good hotel in a nice location. Clean, comfortable rooms and the food was ok. The air conditioning wasn’t brilliant but did offer some coolness. The lady at the bar was extremely helpful even though her English wasn’t great. Some of the other staff as already reviewed appeared not so friendly. Breakfast on day one was great, on day two all the hot food was cold and the coffee machines were not working very well.

    So rude and completely divorced from any customer service offering.. Reception staff hopeless one being friendly but not very helpful the other awful .. Restaurant advertised as lovely if it ever was open in the evening , one of the food serving staff was excellent and keeping the place running couldn’t do enough didn’t speak English but was lovely a one woman army. (Never got her name sorry )The area had a number of guests using the bamboo furniture but no one offered cushions or towels had to use bathroom one from your morning shower.. Wi-fi just crap when we asked if they could fix i was told it was excellent and it must be us , really aggressively so we left next morning and was told you can’t have refund , we didn’t ask for one just wanted out.. This was our stop over from Barcelona to Aragon staying two nights instead of three ..The room was once very nice but was now tired and in need of refurb and love .. The building from the outside looks great beautiful design which is a shame as not great inside ... The image shows lunch organised by that wonderful member of staff we had just arrived ...

    Great stay for the Spanish Formula 1 GP

    Lovely hotel.Very quiet location, feeling very relaxed.Room (suite) was huge, super clean and comfortable.Breakfast also very nice with lots to chose from.We also had a drink at the bar one day and service was great.Overall a great stay, less than 15 minutes to the F1 circuit and about the same time to Granollers, a wonderful town full of great shops and restaurants. Or you can go sea side to El Masnou with also plenty of restaurants.I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again for another Spanish GP.
