26 single rooms and 68 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift.     Wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. Great breakfast and close to Sagrada where you can access HOHO easily . Only area for improvement is their pillows. Definitely need to invest in some quality pillows. We asked for 2 extra and even those were not adequate . Very flat pillows aren’t conducive to comfortable sleep ( at least not for us).

    I booked 2 rooms 3 nights, all confirme, only to receive an email the next day that the booking was cancelled, no reason, nothing. I wnet to the hotel since their phone contact and answering is just as basd as the booking system to be told that the hotel was full when I booked !!! If a hotel group like this cannot link their room supply directly to their (obviously) outsouced booking platform then they clearly use AS, Artificial Stupidity. When I requested at thir recepton if I could now book for a few days later when rooms (apparently) would be available I was told I had to use the online booking system, so NO I had had enough. Beware when booking this chain !!

    Very nice hotel .Clean room,big enough .Cleaning service every day.very friendly staff.Big modern lobby.Delicious breakfast.

    The staff are pretty rude, especially the kitchen staff and the breakfast was not worth what we paid, pretty disappointing. The room is not very sound proof so we heard our neighbors comings and goings. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because the shower has nice water pressure. The pillows and mattresses need to replaced because they are hard and not comfortable at all. The WiFi is horrible! Every morning you have to reconnect and my video call was dropped 1/2 through a business meeting. Also, this hotel isn’t close to anything other than the Sagrada Família. You have to take a cab or apparently there is a subway close by.

    The customer service did not meet expectations. During our stay, we encountered several issues: 1. There was no assistance provided with luggage. 2. Housekeeping support was lacking. For example, when I requested an extra pillow, I was asked to collect it myself as staff were unavailable. 3. Although we had reserved a two-bed room, this was not available upon check-in. 4. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud. 5. The bathroom shower tiles were quite slippery, posing a potential safety hazard.Given these experiences, I would not recommend this property.
