We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Marina. From the moment we arrived, Albert at the front desk went above and beyond and upgraded us to a beautiful high-rise room with an incredible ocean view. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The rooms are stylish, the beds are very comfortable, and the showers were excellent.The amenities were outstanding, especially the amazing infinity pool on the top floor overlooking the ocean. The eateries on-site were also fantastic. One of the best parts was the peaceful atmosphere and perfect location. The beach area is beautiful, quiet, and easily walkable, making it effortless to enjoy everything nearby.Overall, this place felt like paradise. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Marina to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

Paradise in Badalona

This is an wonderful hotel except for a couple of things that could be slightly tweaked to make it perfect. An extra chair in the room, space for luggage outside of the closet and for 2 people, the stunning view to have a balcony (although you can walk right outside to the beach and boardwalk). A short cab ride into Barcelona and this marina/beach area looked better and was. The charming city center of Badalona is nearby with excellent restaurants and boutique shopping, and there is a grocery store next door, perfect for picking up Spanish wine! Highly recommend staying here to get a true waterfront and local living experience!

Loved this hotel! Booked a city break with my husband and two young-ish kids (5 and 8). Found and booked this place through lastminute.com, we loved it! Stated for 4 nights in early April, rooftop pool and bar were amazing! Room fabulous with a beautiful view. We didn’t have breakfast included as we’d read the reviews that there was a local bakery and supermarket and they were both great. The food which we did eat in the hotel was really, genuinely tasty which was mainly nibbles from their pool menu. Would have loved to have eaten at the hotel restaurant but unfortunately didn’t get the chance. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Badalona itself had great charm, long promenade with cafes and restaurants, little play things on the beach to entertain the kids. Great transport links to the city too, either by the underground, train or taxi. Thoroughly recommend!!!

Non working AC so extremely hot on the room. Personnel laughed straight to my face when racing the concerns about it.Breakfast terrible. Stale bread, cold scrambled eggs and bacon, juice from low quality concentrate.Got a business card on check out with contact options to the manager but am yet to receive a response.Stay away, far better options in Barcelona.
