    This hotel is beautiful and has easy access to the metro and 5 minute walk to shopping centre (Westfield). Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms made perfectly. However, the rooms were all different in layout. We had booked a few room for a wedding. The room we were given had the bathroom sink outside the bathroom which is understandable for hygiene reasons. But having a glass door with no handle or lock which means there is no privacy at all. We ended up going to other family rooms where they felt comfortable to use the bathroom or instead to the rooftop in the bathroom up there. I would not book here again for this reason. The hotel really needs to take this into consideration as people need privacy.

    I had a great stay here and for a very good price. Staff were absolutely lovely. One of the best designed functional rooms I have stayed in. I couldn't get the air con to work but luckily the window opened. I liked that there was a comfy chair, a desk chair and a pouffe (ideally placed to move so that I could sit while drying my hair). There was everything you need, including toothbrushes and toothpaste and an umbrella. Perhaps some slippers would have been nice and it would have been nice to have water left on both days.Great views from the rooftop and I can imagine that when the bar and pool are open up there in the summer it must be lovely. The outdoor terrace on the ground floor is also a nice facility. There is also spa and gym. Plenty of choice at breakfast and nice relaxed atmosphere in the bar.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. My personal belongings stolen by staff, the suite was very small and smelt of sewage. The service absolutely disgusting. Would never stay here again.

    Very comfy hotel, great beds. Daily room cleaning which was excellent. Didn't use the pool, gym, sauna. Breakfast is painfully overpriced and mediocre. Only paid to do this once- €20 each daily! Loads of good places nearby that have a better offer for around €20 per couple for drinks and pastries. The rooftop bar closes at 22:00 and the bar closes at around 23:00 which was a great shame so wouldn't stay here again for this reason. Good location, 15 minutes to la familia on bike. 30 minute walk. The hotel helps you to hire bikes for €35 for the weekend. Barcelona is really fun to cycle on bikes. Shame about the bars. We are coming out of season so this may be why.Hotel itself is very good but expensive for what

    Victoria was the sole reason for this 5-star review. She made sure we were satisfied, gave us THE BEST food & activity recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. We were put in an unpleasant room at first and when we asked for a different one the next day she immediately put us in a nicer room without question and they even brought us a nice fruit bowl for our troubles! The pool area was stunning (we didn’t really swim). the drinks were good and the food in the restaurant was also excellent! Beatrice was also an extremely attentive bartender, waitress, and all around kind and happy to help at all times. Moral of the story, be kind to the staff and they will be kind to you. In fact, they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay here is great :)
