    Since our trip was canceled due to the middle east military situation, we try to contact the customer service via email for the partially refund with full of evidence showing that our flight was canceled, but there is no reply at all.We understand the refund may not be practical, but we still expect the reply for confirmation rather than no reply. This is the worse response at all !!

    A nice hotel in the residential district of Pedralbes. Very good staff. Breakfasts are extremely generous. The room has everything you need, and, in this heat wave, the air con has been a life saver. We have eaten in the hotel twice and the food has been very good. I would come back and would recommend.     This hotel was amazing! The location is not bad with not within walking to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and meet all your expectations. The girl receptionist greeted us with a very welcoming manner while checking in. We simply thank for the amazing stay.     Superb hotel. Excellent in every way. Beautiful quiet location close to L3 metro for easy airport & central Barcelona access. Spotlessly clean. The restaurant is first class.
