    10 out of 10 for this hotel. Two of our flights were canceld, we were looking for a place to stay for the day and to wait for our next flight that evening. This hotel made made us feel welcome and aranged everything for us. They even held the room for us if they would cancel the next flight as well. Thank you staff and ladies of the reception!     Our airline which had a cancelled flight, booked the affected passengers into the Hotel Vilamari.Despite our arrival after midnight, the hotel staff at reception dealt admirably with the more or less disgruntled guests. Calm, smiling, professional and result oriented.The rooms were lovely, the bath equipped with anything you might want or need. Buffet breakfast was top notch. Again: great service and efficient staff.     Spacious clean modern room, comfortable bed but I wasn’t a fan of the pillows, the air con wasn’t very powerful either. Nice modern bathroom but the shower pressure wasn’t great.Location-can walk to shops and cafes but nothing really in the immediate vicinity.We were only there for one night before our cruise so it served its purpose.     my rule is: choose only hotels with an overwhelming majority of top comments.villamari doe snot belong to this category and i was sent here fron vueling due to flight delay. old fashioned green marble toilet, old fashio and ruined wood floor...no way sorry Olga Montserrat, Director General at Hotel Vilamari, responded to this review Dear Stefano,First of all, let's hope that your return flight went well and there were no more inconveniences. We regret that you were not satisfied with our rooms due to their old furniture. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you that we are now renovating the hotel, therefore, little by little we have more and more completely new rooms.     We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights! The hotel location is good and the hotel is clean. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Our room was cosy but the walls were superthin, had zero noise cancellation! We could hear The guy in the room next door to us the whole time, every time he talked/coughed/ sneezed or used the loo. The first night was so bad, I had to go buy earplugs so I could sleep for the next 3 nights!! Such a disaster.There was complimentary 2 bottles of water on the day of check in, which was nice and For tea and coffee they provided 2 disposable cups on the first day and there was no replenishments for tea coffee spoons or cups for the next 2 days so I had to go out and buy everything. There are no irons in the rooms and if you want to iron your clothes, you need to take it to reception and there they have a small room where you can iron your clothes. Was a bit disappointed with check out too as were were being overcharged. when we checked out the lady advised that we owed 42 euros for parking and when I said to her, how is that possible as we only hired the car for 1 night and the price was 1 night was 21 euros and asked her to check and without checking she said, okay pay $21 euros then. Wasn’t the best stay!! Definitely not coming back or recommending!!
