  Very friendly staff, everyone without exception who worked while we were in Barcelona. Small but very nice room. Perfect location, close to the metro and the Sagrada Familia

  GUYS, DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL!I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent stay at the H TOP Hotel BCN was so appallingly bad that I feel it's my duty to warn others. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and utterly unhelpful. Their attitude was consistently dismissive and frankly, stupid. We were met with nothing but aggression and disrespect, which set a terrible tone for the entire stay.The problems didn't stop there. During our time at the hotel, workers were allowed into our room to do painting work, leaving everything absolutely filthy! We returned to a mess, and it was completely unacceptable that this was permitted while we were guests.The nightmare continued at check-out. The staff were once again incredibly rude and aggressive. It's a genuine disgrace how they treat their guests. The level of customer service is nonexistent, and it feels as though they actively try to make your stay as unpleasant as possible.To top it all off, the facilities were just as disappointing. The breakfast offered very few options and was not good at all. Our room was tiny, and the bathroom sink was constantly clogged. It's clear that basic maintenance and guest comfort are not priorities here.I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the truly awful experience. This hotel is a complete embarrassment.

  It was a very comfortable bed, good AC, the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Cleaner came everyday. Great location , Staff were so friendly and helpful. You pay what you get for the room was not massive but was a comfortable size and wouldn’t have expected it to be any bigger as it was a cheap hotel.

  I had a very bad experience as the house keeping was not cleaning the room in good way , they keep the cups of coffee dirty for 5 nights , they didnt clean the ground well in the room and keep the tissue on the ground , also on the toilet . they didnt change the bed sheets for 5 nights , on the 5th night i found ant on the bed . From the 1st night the AC was not working good , I complaign about all since the first day of my stay , nothing change and i was booking 8 nights , when i found the ant i decided to move and cancel the 3 remaining nights , i asked the hotel manager he didnt accept and delt with me in very bad way , I made an official complaign for the refund of the 3 nights but nothing happened and i moved to another place for the last 3 nights

  Fantastic Break Away at this lovely hotel

  Lovely clean rooms with lovely clean white bedding absolutely fantastic fluffy pillows and a lovely powerful shower , we were given clean towels every day without asking for them the staff are very helpful and kind I can’t believe this hotel is only two stars breakfast absolutely lovely with a lot of nice choices of food we will definitely be returning .
