Location

This hotel is located in the main commercial and business areas, directly in the centre of Barcelona, opposite the Hotel Ritz and in a parallel street to Paseo de Gracia. It is situated very close to Cataluña Square, Barrio Gótico and Las Ramblas. Sants train station is around 3 km away, along with Sants bus station. The metro station Urquinaona Square on the L1 line is around 500 m from the door. In addition, Barcelona airport is some 19 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1900. The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 50 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     This is a fantastic hotel. It’s in safe neighbourhood and close to metro stations making it easy to get around Barcelona. The breakfast is also very good. Special mention to Chaima - she is so attentive, welcoming and fantastic at her job! Thank you! The front desk staff are also great. I would stay here again.

    The hotel is beautiful, truly iconic indeed. Very well centered, artisticly designed. The breakfast staff, specially Shaima and Paula, where welcoming and super pleasant everyday. The sleep was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back just because of the staff.

    Stayed here for two nights at the end of our cruise. Like many of those who have commented on this hotel, we were really pleased to spend time here. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and the facilities, particularly the little terrace with bar and plunge pool, were impressive.
