Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Last minute holiday in the sun at fab hotel!

    Last minute trip with my boys when hubby was away with work. Absolutely fab 3* hotel. Staff were amazing and particular shout out to the reception staff and the guy doing the security and towel etc. hire. He was so lovely with my boys. The pool was freezing but hey it’s still only just April but the indoor pool was nice (if rammed!). The food was buffet for all inclusive but very nice and plenty of choice and if you love seafood 😍 The water slides were fab and the room very comfortable, only downside was two double beds for the three of us so my kids had to share (we took turns lol) but other than that everything was ace! The direct access is to the beach was a lovely surprise!!     This hotel for a 3* is clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, entertainment team were just okay but I think they could’ve done more daytime wise. Very family friendly hotel (travelled with family, 4 younger siblings). Food was perfectly fine for buffet food although the meat at the snack bar did need cooking for longer. There was one arrogant lady who stormed around collecting glasses from tables in the evening practically snatched one out of my older brother’s hand saying it belonged to her and proceeded to storm off rolling her eyes at us . Area is quiet there are a few shops and restaurants next to the hotel which is perfect but anything else is a bus journey but that’s okay!     Absolutely loved it, had an amazing time, lovely and helpful staff, rooms were cleaned regularly, food was amazing, all as advertised, especially great for the kids! The only small issue we had is that sometimes plates in the restaurant we a bit dirty but as soon as we have addressed it to the manager the issue was taken in to consideration. Overall Great would definitely go back again!     ★☆☆☆☆ Worst Hotel Experience – Nothing Like Advertised!I don’t usually write reviews, but our stay at Best Cap Hotel Salou was so appalling that I feel it’s important to warn others before booking.From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is falling apart. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were absolutely shocking. We had booked all-inclusive, yet on arrival my son was told he had to pay for ice cream. To our surprise, only the most basic, lowest-quality food and drinks were actually included. Anything remotely decent came at an extra charge — something we were never informed about beforehand.Our room, though spacious, was in a terrible state. The skirting boards were coming off the walls, and there was visible mold and limescale throughout. The balcony was filthy, and the overall condition was nowhere near what you would expect from even a modest 3-star hotel.The food was practically inedible, and it quickly became clear that this is where the hotel tries to make extra money by forcing guests to purchase something of better quality. The alcoholic beverages offered were of very poor quality as well.The staff showed little interest in helping. Despite several requests, it took three days before our room was cleaned. When it finally was, the same sheets were reused, and the floors were still dirty. I had to specifically ask for proper cleaning and mopping, but the result was no different afterward.The sunbeds on the hotel’s so-called private beach were locked up, and we couldn’t find anyone to assist. When we finally did get some, they were filthy and in poor condition.This was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday, but it turned into a complete disappointment. The hotel is nothing like what is advertised online, and I feel completely misled. If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would.Save your money and avoid Best Cap Hotel Salou — this place needs a serious overhaul before it should even be open to guests.
