    Beautiful building, but the reception staff is an absolute disgrace!

    While the hotel itself looks nice, the customer service and the behavior of the reception staff were an absolute nightmare.Upon arrival with my son, we were given a tiny room with one double bed, despite having booked and paid for a Superior Room with twin beds. When I called the front desk, the receptionist repeatedly and rudely insisted that I was mistaken.Only after my third complaint did he tell us to come back down with our heavy luggage in the scorching heat. Instead of a simple "sorry", the staff resorted to petty hostility. They suddenly demanded our IDs for "verification" as a form of harassment. When I pointed out the chaos, the receptionist aggressively asked if I was "threatening" him. To make matters worse, the staff then started talking to each other in Catalan right in front of us in a mocking tone, completely ignoring my requests to speak a language the customer understands.The final straw was when we were waiting for the new room keys. The receptionist claimed he had already handed them to me (he had only returned our passports). When I corrected him, he made a mocking, passive-aggressive comment: "Fine, I will give you two more keys if you don't know where you hid them."Arrogant, incompetent staff who trick you with room categories and then attack you when caught. Avoid this hotel at all costs – save your money and your sanity!

    We really enjoyed our stay , the staff was pleasant,polit and helpful whatever we wanted they provided, very good decor I liked the tea and the drinking water at the entréns , Very clean and location is great, tasty breakfast.So highly rekommended from me.

    Location is absolutely great. Close to many restaurants and being placed within a 15 minute walk from Plaza Espanya is perfect.Rooms are great and spacious too.Atmosphere is nice and warmValue for moneyCleanliness is maintained dailyNoise level in the night is a bit high from some rooms, but nothing that cant be managed.Service is good too and so are the amenities.
