Facility

The hotel was built in 1866. 110 rooms and a suite are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     We fell in love with Barcelona once again

    Perhaps I should start with the positives: fabulous location, room was spacious, clean, very nice and some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were some negatives: on arrival albeit early (08.00) we were informed basically that we should go and sight see as our room would not be available til around 2pm as stated in our booking information by an officious staff member, who could take a few lessons in how to make guests feel welcome on their arrival. I found it surprising that we also had to pay for the lockers to store our suitcases whilst we went out. Breakfast was included which was quite an experience, to say the least. The atmosphere in the dining area was dreadful due to what appeared to be the manager who was quite unnecessarily overbearing and unpleasant the to the waiting staff, who were very attentive and pleasant to the guests. Although shiny and friendly on the surface, this hotel had undertones of unhappy guests and staff. Wouldn't stay there again sadly, as it could be so much better with the right management.     Lovely to look at but wouldn’t stay agin

    Lovely to look at but many down falls. Terrace and pool closed (would have been nice to have been informed this before booking) , no food apart from breakfast u less you order of site services, very noises at night sleep wasn’t the best .     I had a truly wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Las Ramblas in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.What really made this stay exceptional was the incredibly guest-oriented service at the front desk. Every member of the reception team was fast, professional, and efficient, always ready with a smile and a solution whenever needed. A special thank you to Mr. Marc and Mr. Joseph, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a big difference.During my first two days, I experienced some muffled music noise in my room. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the team handled it immediately and very professionally. They quickly arranged a room in a different part of the hotel, which solved the issue completely. It was impressive how efficiently and smoothly they took care of it.The hotel amenities are great, and everything is well maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool deck is currently being renovated, so I didn’t get to enjoy it this time—but that just gives me a good reason to come back!Overall, this was a fantastic stay thanks to the outstanding staff and great service.     Nice hotel in a great location, close to everything. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved having a double balcony — it was beautiful, great for photos, and added a lot to the stay.The only downside is the location when it comes to cars. The area is difficult for taxis to reach, and it was a bit frustrating trying to get picked up or dropped off. Service was okay overall, nothing special but good enough.Overall a pleasant stay in a very central spot, and I would stay here again if I wanted to be right in the heart of Barcelona.
