    I booked the apartment with the transfer service. I told the staff 3 times that I am coming with a baby at night.Uber driver wasnt informed that I have a baby so he declined the ride.Hotel staff basically told me to find my own ride, they weren’t helpful at all. If I wanted to roam the streets alone at night with a little baby, I wouldn’t book the transfer service.Hotel then didn’t want to refund me for the transfer, the only solution was to have transfer back from the hotel to the airport, which was bad for me because my flight was late at night, so I had to go back to the hotel all the way from the city. And once again, uber driver cancelled the ride because he didn’t want to drive a baby.Also, we waited for the check in around 15-20 minutes alone at night in the street.Unprofessional and made my stay very stressful.The building is very poorly built, you hear everything from your neighbors and there’s also a café in front of it, very loud.The “welcome package” we got was a bottle of water, salt and sugar packages. For a “luxury” hotel, this is ridiculous.

    We rented a business superior apartment, directly from your website. It was the second time we stayed in Lugaris. The location is excellent, and very convenient for us especially. Near the beach, with a nice neighborhood close by and public transport in front. The room was great, 5th floor facing the sea. The staff were great, as usual. Chances are we will return. Thanks!     Good location. Close to amenities and the beach/promenade. The 1-bed apartment I had (3rd floor), was clean and had the basics required for a short or long stay, however some extra cooking utensils would improve matters.The rental had included a clean and linen change, which was appreciated although not communicated on arrival. The Reception team were always hand, via ‘what’s app’ with any information or issues.The only slight issue I had was the noise from neighbours, which I think maybe I was unlucky with, but some improvements with noise cancelling to the communal corridor would be a suggested improvement.     Lugaris beach apartments was excellent for me and my family apart fromThe smell of weed in the evator and corridors.
