Location

The apartments are located in close proximity to one of the city's main streets, the Paseo de Gracia, in the shopping and financial centre of Barcelona. They are also only 5 minutes from the Gothic Quarter and near the underground network. Restaurants and bars are some 500 m and many of the city's clubs are also within walking distance. Local public transport links are available directly in front of the apartments. The beach is some 2 km away. Other nearby attractions include Plaza Catalunya and Casa Mila. El Prat De Llobregat Airport is some 12 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 28 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. There is a wellness area with a spa and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

    Great apartment. Great service and amazing location. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. One with a king bed and one with two double twin beds for the kids. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped and dinning and living area. All super clean and nicely furnished and kept. Location is right next to nice city attractions such as Casa Batlo and La Pedrera.     We had the perfect week in Majestic residence. The apartment is huge and well maintained. Location is fantastic. Service by Majestic hotel staff was superb.Kitchen was well equipped. We did have to pay extra for maid services but it was worth it.     Extra fee for room cleaning!!!

    I had stayed in Majestic hotel in Barcelona several times before and this time we booked a two-bedroom apartment but after 3 days when my wife went to the front desk to ask about the house keeping schedules she was told that it was needed to be booked 24 hours in advance and also we needed to pay 48 euros each time!!! It's unbelievable! this is the first time that we encounter such a thing after staying in so many hotels, We've already paid about 400 euros per night and yet we need to pay more for cleaning the room? By the way apartment is so old and needs renovations so there are definitely way better options with this rate and of course this would be our last time choosing Majestic too Pascal Billard, Director General at Majestic Residence, responded to this review Dear Mr. Ramin53S,Thank you for your comment about your last stay in Residence apartments.     We booked the apartment . We had the one on the top. The apartment itself was really nice. It’s a duplex and has a nice terrace. But the smell in the apartment was so horrible. It smells like sewers all the time and it was hard to enjoy our stay there. It’s getting worse in the night and it’s too hard to sleep. We called the hotel so many times and they were the worst ever. They didn’t do anything more than just spraying perfumes in the rooms. We asked to change the apartment or give us rooms instead but they kept ignoring us. We are still trying to change the apartment but there’s no answer from their side. The only thing good abou the hotel is the location nothing else. But the service is the worst one I’ve witnessed so far and I traveled a lot.
