    I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and I have never had a bad experience until today.Camilo at the front desk was not only unprofessional and rude but did not have the room available he promised over the phone a day early. It is not good to have this kind of staff in such nice and charming hotels.

    Lovely area of Barcelona but mainly chose it for its location to family.Comfortable bed and air-con works ok.Staff variable - Carmelio is lovely!Not the best hotel we've stayed in but good enough. Barcelona hotels are not cheap at any time of the year, and this is no exception.

    The photos of this place look great . I checked in to a small single room . It was awful. The room was very much in need of paint . And the bathroom had an awful smell . I had to leave the bathroom window open to sleep .

    I was in quite a pickle and needed a room, and. The front desk staff on that evening Victor was sooo kind and helped me immensely with trying to find an alternative place, until by some miracle, a clean, well appointed room opened up. The restaurant and front desk staff are wonderful, I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

    I do really think that this hotel is best for couple and business man, because it is really true that this hotel have done wonderfully with their room , it is less then with the mold in the bathroom, the soundproofing need to have an update, and dust is really unbearable.
