    Lovely team, nice hotel

    Really nice experience at the Meson Castilla. We were in a room with a terrace, nice views and close to everything we needed. Special shoutout to Mark on the front desk, who was super helpful and kind throughout our stay. He sorted us a last minute taxi after I couldn't get one—really helped us out when we were stressing. We couldn't stop talking about how great he was on the way to the airport. All of the team were lovely, recommend this hotel for your next getaway.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, situated very close to several places of interest, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was lovely, furnished with everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast each morning had a good variety of food and drinks, and was very enjoyable. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

    Will never stay in such a low value hotel with no amenities again. My shower at home is larger than the entire bathroom. You couldn’t sit at the end of the bed and tie your shoe without bumping your head. Four days no new towels. Staff was helpful with directions. Coffee was not available except for money in the lobby and breakfast was an additional 18 euros.
