This city hotel is located only around 50 m from Barcelona Sants train station and 500 m from the Barcelona convention and conference centre. The city centre is 15 minutes' away by public transport and the beach is only around 3 km away.

Facility

    I would like to thank the entire team for their wonderful hospitality, but especially Jennifer.From the very first moment, Jennifer was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive with us. We arrived feeling quite lost, unfamiliar with the city and unsure of where to go, but she patiently took the time to explain everything we could do, see, and visit. Thanks to her, we immediately felt calmer and much more confident.What truly touched our hearts was her humanity. During our stay, my wife suddenly felt unwell, and Jennifer went far beyond her role to support us. She wasn’t just helpful in guiding us she was constantly attentive to us, checking on how we were doing and showing genuine care and concern. That level of kindness and attention is something you simply cannot put a price on.Jennifer is one of those rare people who not only does her job perfectly, but does it with compassion, empathy, and a beautiful human touch that you never forget.     We stayed at the Moxy Hotel as a group of 53 people, and from day one the communication was absolutely clear, seamless, and completely flawless. The team was incredibly pleasant, well-organized, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, creating a very comfortable and inspiring environment. The location was excellent, making everything easily accessible.     Just ok and it’s disappointing. The pictures of the hotel are way better than the real thing aside from the 3rd floor. Vanessa was an amazing bartender and so kind. Jennifer at reception was very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was cleaned only once. We left by 10a everyday and didn’t get back until after 9p. We booked dinner at the rooftop 3/15 and were so excited. The visual set up was lovely and the views were amazing. We ordered 5 apps and they were all below average. Our waitress either didn’t notice or didn’t care that we hardly touched any of the food. Croquettes, shrimp cocktail (only 1 shrimp covered in Tajín sitting in a glass full of mayo type sauce), french fries, calamari, fried shrimp. It took us a second to figure out what the fried shrimp were. They were so tiny and sickly looking. The french fries were cold when we got them and we put them on top of the heater that was right by our table. That was the only thing that our waitress noticed with the food is that we put the french fries on top of the heater and she asked if we wanted another batch. It was just such a bummer because the seating was beautiful and the view was beautiful, but the food was horrible. The third floor has an amazing vibe.
