Location

This hotel is situated in the commercial and banking district. The large department store, El Corte Inglés, is not far from the hotel and around 50 m away is the FC Barcelona football stadium.     We stayed at NH stadium Barcelona due to its proximity of a family member we were visiting. Front desk was courteous and room was adequate for our needs. We bought the breakfast meal option which had a wide variety of offerings, including scrambled eggs,Sausage/bacon, fresh fruit, bread and pastries…and lots of coffee types, of course, 10 minute walk to Metro Line 3 in very safe neighborhood. Supermarket next door and convenience store around the corner.

    Awful experience. I was sold a room with a balcony and given one without. They then told me the hotel is fully booked and can't change rooms. Then when I showed them I can book a room on the app right then and there, they changed their story. No manager on site, had to ask for my money back multiple times until they offered a room with a balcony....which they did have. Rooms are dated, shower didn't work, paper towel dispenser fell off the wall, missing bathrobe and slippers, the list could go on.Don't come here.

    We stayed here with our toddler , Would definitely stay again , the staff were so helpful and friendly , the rooms were lovely and clean, we had a lovely stay
