  Hyatt Never Disappoints

  I am a huge Hyatt fan so I always make accommodations to stay at one when I travel. My family and I visited Orlando for Spring Break this month for 5 days/4 nights. The hotel was what I expected with no issues. Clean spotless room, comfortable beds. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our housekeeper did a great job each day keeping our room stocked and cleaned. This Hyatt is located directly across the street from Universal Studios and Volcano Bay (in which we attended), along with the outlets and plentiful of restaurants and shopping centers across the other highway and nearby. On top of being affordable for our 5 day stay. We will definitely return back to this Hyatt for future Orlando visits.   Alissa, the manager, and all of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The hotel was well maintained - very clean and up to date.   Hands down the BEST Hyatt Staff we've ever experienced. Do NOT hesitate to stay here!

  I don't even know where to begin, because EVERYTHING stood out in the most positive way! From our very first interactions with HPAFUSO over the phone with Jayden and Taneifa to our actual 1 week stay and checkout, everything was just fantastic. We had the bunk room, as we had 3 adults and 2 young children in our party. The staff worked so hard to get us into the room for an early check-in which was so appreciated. Aside from this Hyatt being so convenient to Universal and having great amenities, what stood out the most and what we as a family value the most is customer service. I stay at Hyatt properties more than any other property management and I can 100% say that the staff here was THE BEST, most FRIENDLY, most CARING, and MOST GENUINE, staff I've ever encountered-anywhere. We were actually sad to leave as it felt like leaving family that you don't get to visit often and that you miss when you are away. They treated us, my brother and nieces and my little chihuahua with such care and warmth. A smile and a hello every time we passed the front desk or in the hallways. I had to have a few deliveries from Amazon and they took care of those items for me. I usually have trust issues just in general, but I had absolutely none staying here. And when it was the day of departure, we were granted a later checkout since we had a later flight and we were worried what we would do until then. I shouldn't have worried, because they certainly took care of us and they did it with beautiful smiles on their faces and some hugs as well! I really have to shout out several of the people that made our stay extra special but this is not all inclusive, as there are many other staff members that played a role in that; I just didn't catch their names. So a HUGE thank you to (and I apologize for the spelling if incorrect) Jayden, Taneifa, Alyssa, Natasha, Belle, Peter, Dawn, Samantha (who welcomed us to breakfast every morning), and ALL the other staff members who I know were part of making this such a great place to stay for our entire family. I will 100% be raving about this Hyatt to any and everyone I know. And while we usually stay on Universal Studios Property when visiting Universal just the two of us, I can honestly say that the staff at this Hyatt has completely changed my mind about that. Thank you ALL for welcoming us and for becoming part of our extended family!   Good landing point for Orlando theme parks

  My family and I stayed for four nights while visiting theme parks. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. We booked the specialty one bedroom kitchen suite and it suited my family of 5 well. We lucked out and our room was ready when we arrived early for our reservation. We had lots of fun in the pool area which always had plenty of towels available for use. We had a few cocktails and Shirley Temples from the bar which were very good. I do wish that housekeeping would have came during our stay, at least after our second night. One of the perks of staying in a hotel is to have beds made and towels refreshed. We requested extra towels but did not formally request housekeeping, which I believe was an option. We returned to the hotel our last night in Florida after a few days at the beach and they did not have the room available that we originally booked but they compensated with Hyatt Points (which we used for our reservations) and comped the parking fee for that night. The staff were friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was a bonus with plenty of options that were pretty decent. We walked to the outlet malls and a few nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a good landing point for our time in Orlando and would go back.   Great Universal Trip

  The location was as close as you can stay to Universal without being on property. We walked to and from City Walk on our first night there. We took the shuttle to and from CityWalk the next morning and night for our Universal/Island of Adventure Day. We ended up getting an uber to Epic because they changed the opening time at the last minute so we didn't want to wait for the original shuttle we reserved because it would have been after park opening. But, we did take the shuttle back from Epic. I read alot of people complaining about the shuttle, but it served us very well. The rooms are great for families! The staff were mostly very friendly. Bella even left my son a special goody bag for his birthday! Breakfast was great every morning. I will reccomend this hotel to any one going to Universal and may even stay again later this year when we are driving through Orlando.
