  SCAM ALERT: Misleading Photos, False Advertising, No Refund

  We booked a one-bedroom apartment at Ona Living Barcelona through the Agoda platform, but upon arrival we were placed in a studio that bore no resemblance to the promotional photos on the website and booking platform. The room we were given was not an apartment — there was no separation between the bedroom and the common areas, and no city view, despite this being clearly advertised in the listing.This was not the accommodation we paid for, and it did not match the images nor description presented on the platform.Despite submitting complaints, the response was evasive, and no refund was offered for the service that was clearly not delivered as contracted.The property justified the switch by claiming the hotel was fully booked and that we were placed in an accessible unit — something that was never communicated to us or approved. Our main requirement in the booking was to have a separate bedroom, which was denied to us without notice, alternative options, or explanation.This was clearly a case of FALSE advertising.This is a SCAM!   CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL!!!Ona Hotels (Living Barcelona) isn't a trustful company! They informed me about the cancelling of my reservation in Barcelona in April due to pandemic. Since then I'm asking several times to get my money back as the city isn't safe but they stop replying my mails. As a customer I fell really disappointed and mistreated. I don't recommend at all any customer been in such position therefore WATCH OUT BETTER OPTIONS and avoid cash cow companies like @ona Hotels!!

  A great landing spot while trying to leave Spain

  Caught in the upswing of COVID-19 in Spain, we were able to move our flight from Madrid to Barcelona and needed an apartment for a night. Ona was great. A Carrefour market was nearby so we could cook. The apartment was clean, well-kept, nicely furnished, and had a comfortable bed. It was close to L9 Sud Metro, and thus close to the airport. We practiced social distancing while walking west and north, finding bakeries, coffee, and the wonderful Pita Place still making lunches.

  Convenient location opposite of a shopping mall, cinemas and carrefour supermarket - mcdonalds and burger king within walking distance - Comfortable & clean room - spotless bathroom - Value for money - will go back again - highly recommended
