    Great location, but rooms don’t match the rating

    The hotel is very well located, close to Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla, which made it easy to get around the city.Breakfast was decent, nothing special, but fine. The lobby is modern and creates a good first impression.As a nice gesture, we were welcomed with two cookies and a handwritten note congratulating our 5th anniversary, which was thoughtful and appreciated.However, the room itself was disappointing. It felt quite dark and outdated. There was a kettle provided, but no coffee, only coffee milk, which was confusing. The bathroom also wasn’t up to standard, with visible dirt between the tiles and poor lighting.Overall, the hotel lacks amenities and doesn’t quite feel like a true 4-star property. The location and small gestures are positives, but the room quality and overall experience don’t fully match the rating.     Fantastic location and great value for money! The hotel is very close to public transport and major attractions.     This is an excellent hotel. The welcome from Natalia and Lucas when we arrived was fantastic, and they were incredibly helpful.
