  Big functional apartment in expensive Barcelona

  Location: from Collblanc metro walking downhill takes around 08 min. Once dropped luggage, Badal metro is much closer to apartment at around 3 min walk. Several supermarkets nearby, and many eateries in this lively Latin neighborhood.Rooms: large aibeit dated. Some bits and pieces (broken trash can, distorted pots) crumbling, but fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher works fine. Washing machine is on floor 2, coin operated and only from 09:00 to 16:30.Staff are great, friendly and very helpful, but manned from 8 or 9 am to 05 or 06 pm. Call ahead for instructions to enter apartment that they will email on the day of check in.In general, five stars because it's so good price for value in expensive Barcelona.   A good home from home in Barcelona

  The hotel is in an excellent position near bus services and near Badal metro station which is on line 5 a direct line to sagrada famillia . The reception is open until 8pm and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful for all local information and transport links. Carrer de sants the street the hotel is located on has nearby supermarkets but few restaurants.The rooms are well equipped fridge/freezer ,microwave,hob,toaster ,coffee machine and a good quality bathroom/shower. The flat screen tv has many channels but only BBC world news in English .There is also free wifii which didn"t work for me. The room was clean and comfortable although the bed was worn and the mattress springs could be felt easily.In summary the location was good and near a good pastry shop "GRANIER" at 147sants-montjuic where the breakfast pastries are good and the staff really nice even with my poor attempts at spanish.   Great find, will stay here again

  The front desk staff was great! VERY helpful and funny too! The room was clean, big enough and had a terrace. I was concerned about a fold out couch/bed, but was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was. The location is good as there are restaurants nearby and the Metro is close as well. Easy access to L1 (downtown) and L9 (to/from airport). The price was reasonable and I would absolutely stay here again. The TV had very limited channels and that meant nothing to me. If you need to watch it, bring a streamer. I was there to enjoy Barcelona and it didn't matter. The terrace was large and had a table. Again, great deal, helpful staff, great experience.   A bad dream

  It's been a bad experience. The neighborhood is too loudly. We couldn't even sleep. It's too far from the Center and there are too much thieves wether night or day, being difficult to walk even at midday.It's very frequently in fact, walking with trash not collected.I don't recommend this place.   Location is somewhat convenient but the units itself leave a lot to be desired.
