  Disappointing stay – unresolved maintenance issueDuring our stay in Room 107 from 23–27 February, the door to the room was defective and allowed cold air to enter constantly. This made the room very uncomfortable, particularly as I was travelling with two children.I reported the issue to reception twice during our stay, but nothing was done until the evening before we were due to leave, when a member of maintenance attended the room. Unfortunately the issue remained unresolved for the majority of our stay.We were also told that someone would follow up with us after check-out, however we have since contacted the hotel and have received no response.It was disappointing that the issue was not addressed sooner, as it significantly affected our comfort during the trip.

  The Raval House is located in fantastic central area, you can walk to the main city attractions from there easily.Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which makes an even better atmosphere for your stay.The rooms are great for what you pay, lots of space, nice balcony and good taste decoration.The bathroom is spacious and always deeply cleaned.Every day the room was fully cleaned, if needed they will change towels and bedding without needing to request for it.Considering the location in a central area we were quite surprised with the sound proofing of the room. Really low level of noise.You have all the amenities needed for a holiday where you want to be close to everything and explore the city and go back to a nice restful place.Ahh the bed was so comfortable and the towels nice and soft!Thank you for such a great experience for such a low price!

  Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Location and hotel spot on for what we needed.

  The hotel was in a great location easy to get to anywhere in the city with restaurants and cafés close by. We never had a problem with the street. It’s like anywhere in Barcelona just be aware of pickpockets, and we used to enjoy watching the world go by from our balcony in the evenings (room 101 double, or room 102 twin, but you can put the beds together if preferred)The rooms were clean and tidy and modern, slightly on the small size. Breakfast was simple, with a cereal and yoghurt bar, cold meats and cheeses, fresh pastries and a small range of hot food, eggs, bacon, mini sausages and a coffee & tea and juice machineThere was complimentary coffee machine in the foyer and reception will lend you a corkscrew if you happen to have bought a bottle of wine to enjoy in your hotel room later in the evening.We got an Uber from and back to the airport costing €26 each way there were three of us in our party so return trip less than €20 each door-to-door service, it is cheaper to take the Aerobus, but this took away the pressure of finding the hotel ourselves.We can’t comment on the pool as it wasn’t open in February whilst we stayed. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

  Hotel value for money! In the centre of Barcelona. The room the breakfast are exceptional! Without noise. The bed and the clean of the hotel super. The bathroom spacious and new. Everything is great!!!!!

  Terrible location, gang activity all over right out front of hotel. In my opinion staff is involved as I witnessed the security officer watching a woman get robbed right in front of him from my balcony 15 minutes after I was robbed one block away. They are targeting American and Israelis. Beware
