  Having left a 5* hotel in riviera maya (the grand Sirenis) having booked 2weeks all inclusive, we chose to leave due to uncompromising management and two ceiling leaks in different rooms and this humble place took us in and accommodated us perfectly. The location is perfect , although I’ve seen a few moans about noise (my advice is choose your location better 😏)Ignore the terrible reviews, these are people wanting the moon on a stick! The staff were perfect as was location, the room was basic but all we needed was a bed and a shower and the gummy bears in the sweet basket 😁

  I will start with the good thing.....location! Now for the bad.....one room key that controls the electricity and air. Once you take the key to leave everything shuts off and you have to re-cool the room. No amenities such as hair dryer or iron. Pool was not very clean so we did not get in. NO ELEVATOR....rooms begin on third floor so drug 50+ pound bags up two flights of stairs. Our room was adjacent to a bar that had live music and dancing til 3:30 am so sleeping was difficult. If you are looking to save $$ and like to party like a 21 yr old....this place is for you....otherwise DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

  THE WORST OF ALLI HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES YOU YOUR VACATIONS AND SAVES YOU FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE AND MONEY....... I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE IN A HOTEL LIKE THIS. FROM MY ARRIVAL, THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ROOM. I WENT DOWN TO CHANGE IT, AND THE RECEPTION GUY SAID THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS OR CHANGES AVAILABLE. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, AND HE REFUSED - THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK, EVERYTHING IS VERY DIRTY, THE BATHROOM IS THE WORST, THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK, IT WAS LEAKING A LOT OF WATER. I WOULD NEVER RETURN EVEN IF THEY GAVE ME THE STAY FOR FREE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. CLEARLY, THE OWNERS AND THE MANAGERS OF THIS PLACE DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE OR THE EXPERIENCE AT ALL.

  Worst experience ever

  Listen, I never go out of my way to leave a bad review for anything, but this is a must.We stayed in the hotel from may 27th until 29th. When we arrived, no one helped us with our luggage, since the elevator is “broken”, so we had to take our own luggage for 3 flights of stairs. Then, for our unpleasant surprise, we find the pool in a situation is very disrespectful. The pool space is full of wood from the deck they had just pulled out, and there was full out concrete falling inside the pool. Besides that, there was open rusted nails that can hurt someone really badly. Nails and wood outside, on the floor of the pool! They behave with disregard and disrespect of their guests. I am appalled, I will never stay in this hotel again, will recommend people against it. This is absurd. The safety of people should be this hotels priority, which is appearing not to be. It’s my birthday on the 29th, I traveled from far to be in your hotel, and I was in the hopes to spend it in the pool, relaxing, which I cannot do now because it’s dirty with concrete, dust and wood from construction. Then, after I sent a message complaining to their WhatsApp, their manager, Ivan came and talked to us, offered a free night, and I told him we appreciated it but there was nothing he could do to change the bad impression, that we didn’t want anything and we just wanted this to never happen again, and that we had to go back to the States, but we would appreciate if they let us checkout at 2pm instead of noon. He said it was okay, but when we came to the front desk on our last day, the lady in the front made fun of us, being ironic and asking “and do you want free late checkout why?”. After our conversation with Ivan I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review, but after this type of treatment from the front desk, I had to come here and let everyone know how bad you’ll be treated if you stay in this hotel. Don’t stay here, for real.

  They messed up with our reservation

  We called 2 times before arriving to confirm the reservation and it was confirmed, then we went there and they told us that they didn’t had any reservation, lack of professionalism and responsibility of the marketing staff. Never again I’ll go there
