  Worst experience at renttop apartments

  Our stay here was extremely disappointing, and honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had.We were a group of 10 people renting 2 apartments from May 6th to May 11th. During our stay, there were several days of heavy rain, and one of the apartments experienced a serious water leak. This was not a minor issue — large amounts of water were coming into the apartment.We contacted management immediately, but their response was completely inadequate. We were told that nothing could be done for 2–3 days and that the only solution they could offer was to provide extra towels so that we could clean up the water ourselves. No one came to inspect or properly address the issue while we were there.As a result of the leak, my AirPods and iPad were damaged by the water. When we requested compensation for the damages and for the unacceptable conditions, they refused and simply said “sorry.”What made the situation even worse was the follow-up message we received from management, which falsely claimed they had offered meaningful assistance and that we declined help. This is simply not true. Throughout the entire process, we felt dismissed, not taken seriously as paying customers, and repeatedly misled.A leak severe enough to cause property damage should have been treated as an urgent matter, not brushed aside with extra towels and excuses.I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless they are willing to risk poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service

  We had a very bad experience staying here. We were on a bachelor trip for a friend, and there was water leaking from the ceiling in the apartment. We contacted customer service, but the service was very poor. We had to wait several hours, and in the end nobody came to fix anything at all.The cleaning was also terrible. The bathroom was dirty, and we only received one towel for a 6-night stay with no replacements.The sound insulation in the building is extremely bad. You can hear people from all directions and neighboring apartments day and night, making it very difficult to relax or sleep.There is only one elevator, and it can barely fit 3 people at a time, which caused very long waiting times every day.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay with poor customer service, poor cleanliness, and unacceptable living conditions. I would not recommend staying here.

  MWC/Corona Profit Greed

  The owner is making huge profits from global corona virus crisis, without delivering a single service. Cancellation of MWC is a very exceptional situation, but then keeping 100% of cancellation fee for prices, which are anyhow x00% above normal, is close to criminal...at least far beyond the red line of Business Ethics. All the best on Hawaii...

  Good Apartment, Horrible penthouse

  I’ve tried the two and three bedroom apartments and I liked them but this penthouse shocked me!!I liked the location and the terrace, other than that, I couldn’t tolerate how worn out and deteriorated it is, cracks in the walls, dusty and torn out curtains, old squeaky furniture and cabinets, toilet has no sewage and no ventilation so it smells bad quickly unless you open the window. Shower booth is overused and rusty, and it cannot be sealed properly as the sealing rubber is cracked so the toilet gets filled with water after you shower. The apartment has no soundproofing so it gets noisy easily from the other apartments, most importantly sounds gets leaked easily from the apartment so you’ll easily get fined 120€ for noise simply even if you’re careful and your TV volume is less than 20 so be extra careful after 9-10pm. You won’t receive any warning on how noisy the washing machine/dryer is so I advice you to be careful on what time you’re using it as well!Other than that, the designs and style of this penthouse is too different from the other apartments, it is old, outdated, shallow, over simplified, not even one single piece of carpet is in the apartment which gives it a very uncomfortable and dusty feeling. If you’re looking for a place only to sleep in or wash some clothes then it is fair but if you’re looking for a luxury experience, clean, welcoming, comfortable, spacious and modern lifestyle then you’re looking at the wrong apartment I repeat, the wrong apartment. As to the owner, I would advise proper remodeling and proper maintenance especially the walls, curtains, toilet and furniture. Renting the apartment as long as it is possible to accommodate guests is fair but it is not enough when the price you’re setting and the pictures you’re showing gives the customers high expectations while the apartment is barely tolerable to live in.

  Stayed here for a relaxing getaway with a few friends last weekend.Apartments were nice, though I spent half my holiday trying to work out how to open the door!Another issue I found alarming was the receptionist taking photos of all our passports on his personal phone instead of imputing on a secure database. I now have serious concerns on how my personal information has been stored and if they’re aware of the GDPR legislation. My friends and I were also were victim to a horrible incident one evening when we were confronted my some real mad homeless man who was asleep in the entrance hall. We ended up giving him 40 euros to leave us alone and he left. The worst thing of all is that they took our security deposit in full for supposedly causing damage.So if you’re looking for nice accommodation, spending half your holiday trying to get in the door, being verbally abused my a mad homeless man and being scammed by the hotel for over 600 euros, I fully recommend.
