Location

This hotel is situated in the south of Barcelona, about 15 km from the city centre. Guests will find bars, restaurants and good shops in the immediate vicinity.     I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The air conditioner in room 565 did not work properly and completely stopped working during the night, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times, and although someone was sent to check it, the problem was never actually fixed.What’s even more frustrating is that after reading other reviews, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue that other guests have complained about as well. Knowing there’s a recurring problem but continuing to place guests in rooms with non-working air conditioning is unacceptable.When you book a hotel, especially while on vacation, you expect basic amenities like air conditioning to function properly so you can rest comfortably. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Customer service acknowledged the complaints but did not provide a real solution until I requested a refund…my room was swapped twice then on the 3rd swap the air conditioning worked but it was a downgrade to my original room. Other guest in the hotel opened up the window and the door to the hallway for a cross ventilation. This was unacceptable. Unless you like sleeping in a sauna, I would not stay here.

    It's a good hotel. Very clean, tidy room, friendly staff. Special praise to the reception team who are really trying. Well connected to the airport and the city. More bus routes that run regularly and at a good price. Close to the beach and has 3 swimming pools. The room is neat and spacious. The bathroom is on the level. You also have a fridge and an iron in the room, which is especially useful. Large TV. Climate. Indeed, the ratio of investment and gain is good. The café in the hotel sucks, while the café by the pool is excellent and the staff is very nice. Recommend.

    Very clean hotel great pool especially for children .food very average pasta was under cooked but could have been a one off .had issues around access to room with card system .very well placed for centre and restaurants town centre but pay off is a walk to beach ⛱️ bus takes forever. Very relaying place to be

    Avoid! Room was switched to smaller than what I booked with no recompense. 2 towels for 4 in room. Disastrously abysmal WiFi. No sheets for pathetic sofa bed. Front desk barely out of high school - poorly trained. Going to have a word my corporate travel folks I used to book this for personal. The Ryanair of hotels.

    Unauthorised Credit Card Charges Post Checkout

    Be careful of unauthorised credit card charges after checkout. Hotel then do not reply to phonecalls or emails to find out what the charge was for. Large charge of over €120 posted to my credit card but no invoice or bill to explain what it was for.
