    Great location for airport and transport links to Barcelona Centre, rooms spotless, lovely pool/terrace, great cocktails at the bar and friendly staff all throughout! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more if you’re in Barcelona!

    Poorly managed and unsecure hotel to stay

    I arrived at the hotel at 01:30AM and they made me to wait for almost 1 and half hours for check-in process to complete. I had kids by my side and they were fully exhausted and there was no politeness, courtesy or empathy from the hotel staff.Staff who made us feel this was Lucas.Another incident that made me feel bad was our bag was stolen inside the hotel premises and there was no help or support from the management to find the bag. They simply said that someone might have robbed. We lost things that was around 400£ that was inside the bag.A very poor and an unsecure hotel to stay.

    Avoid this hotel if you value your safety and dignity. After I was robbed of 1,250€ and my documents in the hotel restaurant, the management’s idea of 'help' was an insulting offer to refund a 10€ coffee.​To make matters worse, while I was standing there in total distress and shock, the staff were laughing among themselves nearby. Even if their laughter wasn't directly about my situation, to exhibit such behavior in front of a victim who is desperate and doesn't understand their language is incredibly cruel and peak unprofessionalism.​As a final insult, the restaurant management responded to my formal report of the crime with a 'Thumbs Up' emoji (Like) in their email. They confirmed they have security footage but refuse any responsibility. The case has been reported to the police, and I am currently escalating the matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). A 10€ coffee does not cover a 1,250€ loss or the total lack of basic human respect. Disgusting experience.

    Filthy rooms. Literally poo or vomit on the walls. Broken handles in the bathroom, broken glass in the sauna area. Hammam was so hot it burnt my skin. Reception staff are rude, they gave me incorrect information so I was unable to access some of the facilities for no real reason. I complained and despite showing pictures of dirt on the walls, drinks spills running down the wall stains on the headboard I was told that my room met there high hygiene standards and my complaint was closed with no apology. This hotel is nowhere near the city centre it is not in a nice area and as solo traveler I did not feel safe here.Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5

    Don't fall into the trap- They make you pay twice!

    Attention! DON'T book this hotel. This is a group of thieves!We stayed in June 2025 and paid our invoice of course. Now, in JANUARY 2026 the hotel simply deducts another amount from my credit card. Even after 5 emails and proof of my invoices being paid they don't charge back the amount. This seems to be a group of thieves. I would not recommend anyone to fall into this trap. How can this even be possible that you deduct more money after more than 6 months?
