Location

This hotel is suitable for both tourists as well as for business guest. It is located around 10 minutes away from the centre of Barcelona. Sightseeing attractions such as Las Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, Barrio Gótico abd the important areas of the city are easily reached from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 59 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service and a laundry service. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in the indoor pool. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar.     Good size comfortable rooms, very clean with helpful staff.

    A very clean, quiet, air-conditioned hotel with helpful receptionists. One in particular arranged for a kettle in our room on our arrival with no fuss at all (coffee is available at a station in reception but we English need our tea !!! ). I stayed 3 nights with my 16 year old granddaughter during the heat wave - the air con was very welcome and so was the pool and the iced, flavoured water in reception !! My granddaughter also enjoyed the sweets offered at the water station. No restaurant but lots of options for food nearby and an order in menu (quite expensive). We used the metro for speed, (nearest station Hospital Clinic) and found we were very near (3 stops) to Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia (2stops), bit further to Park Güell and to the beach.     Two nights with no hot water...no warnings from the management, no apologies.Despite being in a good location and with nice rooms, the way management did not manage the situation made it an experience to forget. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning.     the best beds i have ever come across in my stay ever. the rooms are comfortable and have a great view of the road outside gving you the city vibe, but with barely traffic. In case you are not happy with their breakfast, just go across the road and grab a coffee and bakery from VIVARI.     We were at the amister in January. What can I say, great location, great breakfast, clean rooms and very kind staff. The location is very convenient and you can walk to the most beautiful areas of the city in a few minutes. A short distance away there is also the metro station to quickly reach the Sagrada Familia.
