Check facilities with hotel

I have recently returned from this hotel. The bedrooms and public areas are very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is located in an industrial/ business area. There are no shops or amenities near by. There a number of restaurants within a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, but it is a very quiet area and with most restaurants not open until after 20.00 the thought of walking to them in the dark was not very appealing. There are restaurants that deliver via the usual delivery services. We used this option and the hotel provided cutlery We picked this hotel as it was near to the airport and advertised that it had a bar and a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, and it was within our budget.We weren't intending to go out to eat as we had travelled from the Costa Brava arriving late afternoon and had an early check-in at the airport this morning. When we arrived we were informed that the bar was available from 19.00 but only for coffee and that they didn't have the restaurant anymore!.This is very much a business hotel and has plenty of facilities for the business person. It is very clean, warm and comfortable. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, but if I stay at an airport hotel again, I will contact the hotel to confirm that the facilities advertised are available.

Overall, it was a good experience. The exterior of the hotel looks uninviting--like a Soviet era office building or a university dormitory--so much so that our Uber driver was a bit concerned about our safety, as it is located in an industrial neighborhood. However, the lobby and breakfast area were great, as was the room. The real negative was the horribly stained carpet by the elevator on our floor--it was really shocking how dirty it was. It made us concerned about the cleanliness of our room, but it turned out that our room was fine. We walked to a great Peruvian restaurant in a nearby residential area which was really good.

Food was great and the place is awesome. People from buffet is kind and warm. Jesus from the reception was great, accommodate us warmly when we arrived early morning at the hotel. This guy is a plus to this hotel.

Worst hotel experience!!! We checked in as an overnight before our flight back to the US.After I got out of the shower my husband was in the living room area and when I stepped into the living room area with my bathrobe, I heard our door knob moving. We both looked at each other and the next thing we knew a strange man was opening our hotel door and walked in! I said get out of here , this is our room! He had a room key in his hand and then turned around and left.We went down to the lobby and complained to them that they gave our room key to another guest and they didn’t even apologize!!!It was too late to change hotels but we will never stay at one of these hotels again!!

Graat value and close to airport!

I was pleasantly surprised as the price was already great value. Fran at the front desk was wonderful; we could check in to our room while we arrived hours before check-in. Friendly, adequate room sizes and close to the airport were a big plus! The only negative was not being able to figure out the shower, but since I only stayed one night, was happy to have a decent place to stay. The vending machine with the electronics was a plus too as I lost my headphones during my travels and was able to get one replaced conveniently in the hotel lobby.
