  Nice room to stay prior to cruise.

  We stayed here pre-cruise. Located in a family oriented neighborhood, not in the touristy area but many good restaurants steps across the street. Took the 46 bus (tapped credit card for 2.65 Euros each) directly from the airport and less than a 10 min walk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable (memory foam). Room was clean, rooms updated. Towels were a little thin but clean. Room smelled fresh and clean. Kettle and Nespresso machine in room. Walls were a bit thin and could hear a small dog barking in the building but quiet at night. No elevator, had to walk luggage up one flight. A short cab ride, 22.50 euros to the cruise port. Subway is nearby, but we didn't use it. Neighborhood very safe.

  Affordable, clean and safe

  We stayed here for a few days for our city break to Barcelona. It is not very central but it is close to metro and buses which are quite frequent. There is also lots of local shops and restaurants nearby.I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel facilities. For a 2* hotel it has all that you need and the staff were very helpful. Our room had strong air-con, mini fridge, coffee and tea refreshments, water bottles, iron, hairdryer and toiletries. The main door is always locked at night and there is also option for the hotel to keep luggage after check out.If you are looking for somewhere affordable, clean and safe to stay in Barcelona, I recommend this place!

  Stayed for one night, it was overall an okay stay. It is not very central, however walking distance to Gran Via 2 shopping center. My room had a air conditioner that was leaking water. The staff told we at check in that they just discovered it, however the water damage on the closet next to it makes me think that was a lie. Also, the shower was leaking water onto the bathroom floor… Super annoying.Walls are very thin, I could hear the TV and other activities going on in the rooms next to mine. It doesn’t give the expression of “hotel” but still better than an hostel. The front door is locked at all times, which made me feel safe.Cleaning could be better I guess, but it was okay. Staff is okay, not great but not rude. Would probably not want to stay here more than one night, but for this it was fine for the price paid.

  A lovely hotel

  A lovely hotel located in a quite lovely neighbourhood. We stayed for 4 nights with our two children. The room was large and very clean. There was a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed. There was coffee espresso and kettle in the room, coffee, tea, milk and water every day at no extra charge, which is not the case in many hotels. The room also had a desk for ironing and iron. The room was cleaned and tidied daily. There were always clean towels, the only thing missing were the slippers. The hotel was very quiet and noises from other rooms could not be heard.Excellent route for buses and metro into the city.

  Located outside main city area easy 8 min walk to rail which is either very easy one stop changeover to airport or direct to central Barcelona. The hotel was very comfortable and thanks to our friendly receptionist ‘Marina’ who provided all relevant info regarding Barcelona sites to visit, transport etc (hop-on hop-off bus is the way to go but get in early before the cruise ship people).
