This hotel is located near links to the public transport network. In addition, the boulevards of Barcelona are about 300 m away. Facility

8 single rooms and 40 double rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Security Breach and poor customer service

    I received a message from the hotel that they had a security breach and as a result my personal data was shared. This is bad enough but to make things worse when i contacted them to ask them to remove all my personal information and credit card details and to cancel my booking they did not respond. I have tried to contact them twice. In the meantime i have received a number of spam messages. Hotel Serhs have taken no respinsibility for this. Extremely unprofessional!     Recently stayed here and was very happy with our experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful (especially Bianca at the front desk). The breakfast is one of the best we have had at a hotel for some time. They also minded our bags 11 days later after being on a cruise. Great location as well.     A very nice little hotel very close to everything in Barcelona. Small rooms but all you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful.     Stayed 1 night before a cruise. Great location. 10 mins walk to le Rambles & 9 minutes walk to the cruise port bus stop. Free coffee & water 24hrs at reception.     Location was brilliant as 5 mins walk from metro and bus station as it is on a main road. Restaurants and cafe are all around the hotel. Marina is 10 mins walk and all other visit of places are around walking distances.( 30 to 40mins) Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is ok but very high risk of contamination. If your vegan or dietary needs then impossible. Meat and veg are place next to each other and then customers are mixing tongs and spoons to serve the food. Meat should be kept away from all other foods to avoid any contamination. Rooms were little small as for 2 people not enough place to sit rather than use the bed.
