Location

This stylish and comfortable hotel is hidden away behind a 1930's town house. It is located directly in the tourist centre of the city, close to the city centre that offers countless shopping venues and links to the public transport network (Passeig de Gracia train station).

Facility

The hotel was built in 1897. The hotel has 45 non-smoking rooms, including 43 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Outstanding! There’s no point trying to find fault to note in this review as there aren’t any. We were greeted by Jennifer & Valentina at reception & we could tell immediately from their welcome that we were in a special hotel. All staff were so friendly with a special mention also to the ladies looking after the breakfast area. Perfect.Comfy beds, spacious rooms, effective air conditioning, great toiletries & so on.Nice touches also included free mini bar (water, beers, kit-kat) & ice lolly at reception. I abused this privilege!All in all, we will be back!Terry Ann & Sarah

    Our first time at this hotel and what a great experience! Firstly an absolutely perfect location for our needs. Then the hotel itself and the facilities are fantastic. But what really stood out to us were the staff. From a really warm welcome with lots of tips and helpful advice, to every member of the front desk team happy to give us recommendations (which were all excellent) and help with all our questions. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return next time we are in Barcelona.

    We loved our stay here. Everything you need for a great stay in Barcelona and in the middle of everything. The lounge and ice creams were a nice bonus and appreciated. Shout out to Paula on reception who handled our check in. My mantra is business is “People don’t care how much you know till they know how much you care”. Paula and this hotel get it! Highly recommended!
