  POSITIVE: location; room services.NEGATIVES: uncomfortable mattresses (very soft); old and small blankets; air conditioning was not working (outputting little air); remote control of the TV was not working. "On-off" key of the TV remote control was defective. Bathrooms have no toilet shower. It had only 3 cabins for accommodation of 3 people.A very negative point was that on the night of the 29/06/24 when we went to take a shower (very cold night) we discovered after already being in the box that the shower water was cold because the gas generator had been turned off...and when reporting the problem in the reception the attendant (badly polite) was limited to saying that it would turn on the other generator and that it would take a while, this little took about 2 hours (hot water only around 23 hs).Breakfast is very weak, few options.Employees seem to be in trouble with life, they're not cordial.Parking is charged as well, and the amount is relatively expensive if considered that it is charged by check-in and not per day (I entered with the car at 23 hours and paid the full daily.   Old hotel

  The price is a little bit high for the structure. Hotel has good people but the rooms are old. It needs investment so the hotel can be more comfortable. It has wifi, good breakfast. This time my room was clean but bathroom not that much. Not sure why this happened.

  My family and I stayed in this hotel for week during the South America basketball tournament, so most of us that stayed here came in group. The hotel must have been booked to capacity during this period, that might be the excuse for certain shortcomings I noticed during our stay. I guess a serious organization should have prepared better for such influx.The hotel is generally clean but I don't think they change the bed-spread regularly. I had to ask for towels late in the evening on two different occasions just to be told that they are waiting for the laundry to return them, which means that they barely have enough to serves the entire rooms.There is an old lady that does the cleaning really well. She takes our time to get the work done and well done. Some of the receptionist weren't very friendly or helpful which kind of contradicts what we have seen with the rest of the people we met outside in the city. We stopped having breakfast after the first day, as we found most of the things served below standard. I had to buy my own cereal and that served as my breakfast for the rest of my stay. Other people my have a different opinion about the place but these are just my findings and I hope it helps.
