    Wonderful stay at The One. The rooms and food are as expected for the price and staff rating. However, what really makes the place is the staff. Especially a BIG muchos gracias to Abril. She was there for breakfast every day. We have a 9 month baby with our party and Abril was kind, smiling, caring and thoughtful. It can be extra work and clean-up for the staff with a baby, but they didn't complain, in fact their delight at our wee lassie, was palpable. Abril, you made our trip so special.

    We greatly enjoyed our meal. The burrata and croquettes were fantastic, service was wonderful, Paolo did a great job! Do recommend.     Lovely restaurant with friendly helpful service and wine suggestions (Thanks Paolo for making our evening special). The dishes are beautifully presented and the cooking is to a very high standard. We went a la carte, rather than the tasting menu and we're spoilt for choice. Save room for dessert the crema catalana here is just wonderful.
