    The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cleaned every day and everything was well maintained.     I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. A big plus was the possibility to store luggage after check-out, which made it easy to continue exploring the city without any hassle. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The location is also great, with many nice restaurants and cafés nearby. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €5.50 per person per night. Additionally, a credit card hold is required as a security deposit in case of any damages.I would definitely recommend this hotel!     We stayed here with our fifth-year high school students from March 23rd to 27th. From the first moment, the director showed great empathy and hight sense of hospitality, as did all his staff. Yuri and Cristian in particular, who literally pampered us with their smiles and professionalism. The restaurant staff was extremely kind. And kudos also to the room cleaning staff. Rooms were perfect! The hotel is in a strategic and central location, with bus stops right outside the entrance; it is well-maintained, both in the hall area, in the restaurant, and in the guest rooms.
