    Went there for a single night. Corridors vey run down and tiny rooms. Wouldn't mind so much but the room itself.. long black hair is found on the bed and in the shower..Shower also not clean an corroded..I wont return.Upsides are the free parking and the Breakfast which is great and fresh

    Disappointing Experience: Poor Customer Service and No Responsibility for Lost Item

    I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately lost my hoodie in the room. After contacting the hotel staff, I was extremely disappointed with their response. Not only did they show no concern for my issue, but there was also no apology or empathy. I was simply told that there was nothing they could do about it.As a guest, I find this attitude unacceptable because I believe hotels should take responsibility for their guests' belongings. While I understand that losing items can sometimes happen, the lack of professionalism and care from the staff was truly disappointing.I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others who expect better customer service and care.

    The hotel met all our requirements, it was clean and not too pricey.The staff is so nice and friendly, always there.Free water and parking is a good plus, the emplacement is very nice too, near a supermarket and a bus stop.I loved this experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona.

    Very average. Positives - excellent breakfast, well stocked even when busy, very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Negatives - whole hotel smells of cigarettes. Non smoking room smelt of smoke. Very noisy and tired dated rooms. In need of refurbishment. Sadly better places to stay.

    Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel was functional - breakfast was dear at 18 euros per person and overall the price was dear for a 3-star hotel. On arrival receptionists were most unfriendly - a welcoming smile or greeting would not have gone amiss!
